Dr. Matthew Davidson, or as we call him around the office “Dr. Matt,” was born in Fort Myers, Florida and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He completed his dental school training at the University of Florida College of Dentistry and worked in the Tampa Bay area as a general dentist prior to specializing in pediatrics. During his time working at a community health center, he was able to treat many children.  This work solidified his love and passion for treating children and families. He continued his education, attending NYU-Langone Hospital Pediatric Dentistry Residency in Tampa where he was able to care for children and families from all walks of life. His specialty experience included time at Tampa General Hospital, South Florida Baptist Hospital, and the Florida Craniofacial Institute.

Dr. Matt has a strong passion for local and international humanitarian service. He loves his community and has spent hundreds of hours volunteering with the Judeo Christian Dental Clinic and Tampa Smiles free clinic providing care for those less fortunate with dental needs. Internationally, he has provided care to many children and families in Haiti, Jamaica, Ecuador, and Guatemala. His main goal is to treat everyone like family and for each and every experience at the dentist to be an enjoyable one.

In his free time Dr. Matt enjoys volunteering, spending time with friends and family, hiking and biking, and cheering on his favorite football team (GO GATORS!).
